Erick Hernández is a financial executive with 20+ years of experience in international finance, focusing on Capital Markets, Real Estate and Structured Finance and Asset Based Lending, across a wide range of asset classes.

Mr. Hernández has been CEO of Praedium Capital Partners, LLC, a real estate investment and advisory firm since June 2018 where he is in charge of focusing on Investments and Operations. Prior to this appointment, Mr. Hernández has served as Managing Director, Asset Based Lending for Alsis Funds, a Latin-American investment manager with a structured credit investment thesis. Before he has hold several positions working for Standard Bank, Deutsche Bank and Bancomer where he focused on investment banking transactions and developed a deep knowledge of real estate financing and investments across several asset classes including residential, commercial, industrial and office real estate as well as executing several public and private securities transactions with residential and commercial mortgage-backed securities, non-performing loan and real-estate owned portfolios.

Mr. Hernández holds an MBA degree with a minor in international finance from IPADE and an undergraduate degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from ITESM. He also holds a license as a Mortgage Loan Originator in the States of Florida, California and Texas (NMLS# 1737883).
